Since 1974, Greenway Spring Green has been serving the needs of seniors in the driftless area of Southwest Wisconsin. Greenway Spring Green consists of two facilities: Greenway Manor and Greenway Terrace.
Greenway Manor offers 50 private rooms in a skilled nursing facility, allowing people to receive the continuous care they need on a daily basis, whether here temporarily for rehabilitation or long term. Our facility gives families peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
Greenway Terrace is a Residential Care apartment complex (RCAC) that emphasizes independent living with minimal nursing assistance and additional services as needed. We call that "Live your way at Greenway".
